Refund Policy

Summary

All sales of EdgeBar are final. We do not offer refunds for a simple change of mind. We explain why, and your rights, below.

Rights the law gives you

Depending on where you live, you may have a statutory right to cancel a digital purchase, for example a 14-day right to withdraw in the EU, EEA, Switzerland and the UK, which can be lost once you have started using the software and agreed to that. You may also have rights if a product is faulty or not as described. These rights apply whatever this page says, and nothing here limits them.

If EdgeBar does not work

If EdgeBar is faulty, is not as described, or does not work on your Mac, tell us at hello@ymedia.io before anything else. Include your Mac model and macOS version. We will try to fix it. If we cannot, we will refund you.

How refunds are paid

When a refund applies, it goes back to your original payment method through Gumroad, which processes our orders. When a purchase is refunded, the license stops being valid for future use.
